A mobile phone number to confirm your identity and pass two-factor authentication in the registration/authorization processes. We do not request synchronization with your contacts and do not store any other data about your contacts
Information that you can optionally specify in the profile settings: first name, last name, description "about yourself", links to third-party sources, profile photo. With this information, you and other users can be "found" in Continium.
Please note that the password does not exist in the application. The entire registration and authorization process is carried out using your phone and two-factor authentication.
2.2. Adding Content
2.2.1. By the functionality and terms of use, you are given the opportunity to post any other information, content (if applicable) in Continium, in addition to the information specified in paragraph 2.1 of this Policy: photos, videos, descriptions of content, stories. By posting content, you understand that it can be accessed by an indefinite circle of application users, taking into account the settings of the desired level of privacy, which can always be configured on the user settings page.
2.2.2. We have no purpose to process, and we do not process biometric data (in particular, we do not use videos and images for the purpose of identifying users) and special categories of data.
3. Processing of User information
3.1. The processing of User information is carried out in accordance with the following principles:
a) the legality of the purposes and methods of processing personal data;
b) good faith;
c) compliance of the purposes of processing such data with the purposes previously defined and declared when collecting them;
d) compliance of the volume and nature of the processed Credentials, methods of their processing with the purposes of processing Credentials;
e) the inadmissibility of combining databases containing Credentials created for incompatible purposes.
3.2. Storage and use of your data
Your data is processed and stored on the territory of the Russian Federation, while storage is carried out exclusively on electronic media, and processing is carried out using automated systems, except in cases when non—automated processing of Accounting and Other data is necessary in connection with compliance with legal requirements.
If you want to delete your profile, then you can do it on the profile settings page by going to the "Security" page. If a personal page is deleted, we do not store and immediately automatically delete all your data without the possibility of restoring them.
3.3. Transfer of user data
User credentials and other data are never transferred to any third parties.
4. Your capabilities and accesses in the app
Continium is an application that allows you to share emotions and is a means of communication and finding people where you can:
4.1.1. to provide free, free access to information about yourself by downloading your Personal Pages using your login and phone number;
4.1.2. using the functionality of the application, set the desired level of confidentiality with respect to information about yourself (conditions of access to information)
4.1.3. independently make changes and corrections to the information about yourself on your Personal page on the profile settings page;
4.1.4. delete information about yourself from your Personal page;
The following information is available to other users about the registered User:
4.2.1. unique user name (login);
4.2.2. profile photo;
4.2.3. number of subscriptions and subscribers, videos, photos, content views, page statistics (total score count) of the user;
4.2.4. content posted by the user;
4.2.5. user profile description
5. Measures to protect User information
5.1. We take all technical and organizational and legal measures to ensure the protection of your data from unauthorized or accidental access to it, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions.
5.2. Your mobile phone number is used to authorize access to the application. The responsibility for the safety of access to the mobile device lies with you. You are required to take measures to ensure confidentiality and access to the mobile device.
5.3. In order to ensure more reliable protection of User information, we use two-factor authentication. To implement this system, you must provide your mobile phone number in the application. As part of the system of linking a page to a mobile phone, you log in and access the page using a verification code consisting of the last 4 digits of the phone number that you receive on your mobile phone in the form of a call. A prerequisite for sending a secret code is your prior permission (by clicking on the continue button after entering the phone)
